Cheese TartsWe started making cheese tarts when a friend wanted just half of the normal cake size. While I had no problem in baking the cake, I didn't like the idea of the cake looking 'flat'. Then, a brilliant idea came...why not make them in smaller sizes? That was the birth of our cheese tarts...
....and it has 'grown' to become very popular especially for 'orang bujang' (single people) who are too busy to find a knife and cut a big cake! Ha ha ha!
