Return of Blueberry Cheesecake
- Eat it chilled or warm, the combined smell of the crust, the cream cheese and the sweet blueberry topping will not allow you to wait any longer....so you grab a knife to cut it;
- While cutting up the cake, the combined sensation of soft cream cheese and crispy biscuit base rubbing against your knife will automatically cause you to secretly pinch the remnants sticking on the knife and get the first taste before anyone else;
- We really suggest that you eat our dear Blueberry Cheesecake as if you are dining with the Queen i.e take small spoonfuls (cutting from top to bottom) so that you obtain the perfect cheesecake taste...
- ...the cream cheese immediately melting in your mouth, the creamy taste of cheese perfectly combined with the juicy sweetness of the blueberry topping and the thrill in crunching the finely-granuled biscuit base....mmmm!
- Next is the hardest part....you come to an indecisive juncture....wash your plate or get another piece of cheesecake!!
Quick!! Order your own Blueberry Cheesecake now and join many others who have experienced the joy of eating our Blueberry Cheesecake. Maybe this can be your New Year's resolution :)

Here Comes the SMALL BOX!
Light and simple....yeah.. :) Still yummy and tasty...yeah...yeah.. :) :)
The idea came about when Chetan invited us to a 'Kenduri Doa Selamat' in conjunction with Kashef's bravery to succeed his circumcision (you're a big boy now Kash!). We thought this would be a great gift for Chetan & family while at the same time try to share the unforgettable Mama's Cheesecake Choc Moist Cake with our new family & friends in Damansara. Our family & friends in Seremban was the main factor that got Mama's Cheesecake into business so we thought our new family & friends could help bring Mama's Cheesecake to the next level.
The 'SMALL BOX', as we call it, contains 3 slices of Mama's Cheesecake signature Choc Moist Cake. We made the 'SMALL BOX' this small based on numerous feedback from our loyal customers saying that they always love to serve our cake to their guests but at the same time hate the hassle of cutting it up for serving purposes. With this 'SMALL BOX', many of your problems/dilemma will be solved:
- ONE: You won't be caught in the situation where your guests have arrived yet you are still in your pyjamas, all sweating, trying to cut and serve the cake decoratively;
- TWO: Automatically you have a 'door gift' that is not only simple but most importantly finger-lickin'good....(you might have problems keeping the tab of 1 box per guest though...ooopps!);
- THREE: Your 'door gift' will be memorable as it won't be the same ole' same ole' muffin or cup cake;
- FOUR: You could save on desserts. The 'SMALL BOX' on its own is already enough to satisfy your guests' craving for some sweetmeat after a big meal. Thanks to our dedication in properly planning the end product, we have made sure that the serving is appropriate, hence the 3 pieces in a box.
- AND THE LIST GOES ON....
At only RM2/box, we encourage you to order the 'SMALL BOX' now for whatever functions/events that you plan to have...be it birthday party, 'khatam quran' event, 'cukur jambul'...anything!
It might just be a 'SMALL BOX' but you will definitely get a 'BIG WOW!' out of it!

Tips to enjoy Mama's Cheesecake chocolate moist cake...better!
Here we share with you a few tips on how to enjoy Mama's Cheesecake Chocolate Moist Cake....without the chocolate topping:
@Heat it up:- I am never alone when making chocolate moist cake as my daughter and husband always wait for the cake to bake....even if it means sleeping at 1am in the morning! Why? They say the cake is best eaten when it is hot because the crust is as crispy as biscotti while the center is soft, creamy and smooth.
This is definitely something that you can do at home though it is not as 'fresh' as eating it right after the oven pops 'ting!!'. After cutting the cake to your desired size, you have two options on how to re-heat the cake:
Firstly, use the oven. Using a conventional oven, heat it up for 5 minutes at about 150'C. If you are using a microwave oven, though I am not a big fan of this technology, then you can use the 'auto re-heat' option but reduce the time to about 1 minute. The best indicator of whether the cake slice is hot enough is to gently press it with your finger. If it props up immediately, then it is just nice. If it is cold, then you need to heat it up a bit more. If it is hard, that means you have over-heated it and you might have accidentally 'created' a chocolate brownie ;)
Secondly, use the steamer. Place a slice of the cake on a heat-resistant plate. Steam it for about 5 minutes.
Out of the two options, I much prefer the latter as the steaming process actually adds moisture to the cake making it soft and melts in your mouth.
@Peanut butter:- The creamy and sticky texture of the peanut butter actually complements the moist, crispy and soft texture of the cake. Make sure you spread the peanut butter while the cake is still hot (after the re-heating process) as this will slightly melt the peanut butter and create an overall 'creamy' taste when eating your cake. You can use your favourite peanut butter flavor but my favourite so far is Lady's Choice peanut butter with chocolate rice.
So, go create your own way of eating Mama's Cheesecake Chocolate Moist Cake and share it with us! Happy trying!
